Washed Out released his debut album Within and Without on July 12th and has yet to be greeted with anything less than success. In 2009, Ernest Green moved back to his native home in Perry, Georgia where he began working in his bedroom studio. Two years later he is receiving great ratings from pitchfork and is being dubbed one of the pillars of the chillwave movement.
