Mike Tucker is a 21-year-old Vancouver based producer and video game design student who has been blessing many with his refreshing project, Blood Diamonds. After a DJ-ing stint in his hometown of Kansas City, Tucker decided to end his endeavours to learn how to use various production tools due to sheer boredom of playing the same kind of music over and over again. Cody Critcheloe from Ssion was the one who taught him the in and outs of how to produce and most importantly write music. Apparently the two spent a full month in Tuckers parents' basement working together, before Tucker moved to Vancouver and recorded his demo.
One of his tracks called Heart, features chopped-up Temptations vocal samples as well as digital marimba, making for a crazy combination of sounds.
